Data collection

In the course of your application, we collect and process the following personal application data:

Surname, first name
Address
Telephone number
Email

Application documents (cover letter, CV, references, certificates, etc.)

Purpose of data collection / disclosure

Your personal application data is collected and processed exclusively for the purpose of filling positions within our company. As a matter of principle, your data is only forwarded to the internal departments and specialist departments of our company that are responsible for the specific application process. Your personal application data is not passed on to third parties.

Retention period for application data

In accordance with the German General Equal Treatment Act (AGG), your personal application data is deleted automatically six months after the conclusion of the application process or of your unsolicited application. Documents sent by post are only returned at your express request and are destroyed in compliance with data protection requirements once the retention period has expired.

Storage for future job vacancies

If we are unable to offer you a position that is currently vacant but, based on your profile, believe that your application may be of interest for future vacancies, we will store your personal application data until you revoke your consent, provided that you have expressly consented to such storage and use in writing.

We have taken various technical and organisational measures to protect the data collected in the course of your application against manipulation and unauthorised access.
